Scott Bucher graduated from Washington State University in 1986 with a B.S. in Agricultural Engineering. He started his career as a sales engineer in Portland, then Seattle, for Carrier Air Conditioning products from 1986 until 2000, where he called on mechanical engineers and mechanical contractors. This included selling all of their residential, commercial, and industrial equipment lines. From 2000 to 2009, he worked for mechanical and electrical contractors as a Project Manager in the Seattle area running a variety of projects including mechanical, plumbing, sheet metal, electrical, security, and data type projects. In 2009, came to Dorse & Company, where he is currently the Vice President of Engineering Sales and Estimating.


Fred Ford started his career in 1972 with Keen Engineering LTD – Seattle, as a design draftsman after completing college at Tacoma Community College and Clover Park Technical Institute – Mechanical Engineering Program. He entered into HVAC sales in 1977 as a sales representative for Carnes, Air Balance Inc, Bohn Heat Transfer, Modine, and Sterling Radiator. From 1985 to 1990 he was a partner in NEPCO, a national company designing and providing heating and cooling systems for commercial greenhouses. He joined Dorse & Company in 1990 as an account manager. Upon Bob Dorse’s retirement in 1998, he became part owner in Dorse & Company until 2012. Currently he is involved with engineering, estimating, and sales support.


William DeLashmutt graduated from Washington State University in May 2014 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He began his career at Boeing in June working logistics, service engineering, and later avionics engineering.  In January of 2015 he came to Dorse & Company to join the Sales Engineering team.
