Mukilteo SD Horizon Elementary

Mukilteo School Districts Horizon Elementary has a newly constructed 92,500 sqft gym space with the addition of a warmup kitchen, music room, and related support spaces. Mukilteo School District has a population of 15,000 students who live in the Mukilteo, South Everett, parts of Lynnwood, Edmonds and unincorporated areas of Snohomish County.

Reser’s Fine Foods

Reser’s is a Portland food manufacturer known for its potato salad expanded in the Mid-Columbia with a new processing plant in Franklin County, just north of the Pasco city border. Reser’s Fine Foods built a 250,000-square-foot plant on North Capital Avenue, east of Highway 395 on a 38-acre site purchased in June 2021.

222 Dexter Building

222 Dexter is a 31-story, 338-unit high-rise mixed-use project with 3 levels of below-grade parking in South Lake Union. The 366,662 sf post-tensioned concrete structure will include luxury studios, 1-3 bedroom units; as well as retail space at ground level. Additional features include a rooftop green space, gym, and lobby with high-end finishes.

Four Corner Apartments has new homes in Everett, WA. Skagit Regional Health

Skagit Regional Health is planning a new 60,000-square-foot outpatient surgery center and medical office building to be located on the Skagit Valley Hospital campus in Mount Vernon. The Skagit Regional Health – Mount Vernon Surgery Center will be located just north of the hospital, facing 13th Street. Building completion is expected in December 2023. Site work started in early June. The three-story building will be home to a wide range of surgical specialties. The patient-focused design will feature four operating rooms, three endoscopy suites and one procedure room; diagnostic imaging; and several clinics including Gastroenterology; Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT); and Orthopedics and Sports Medicine.
